HiP Strategic Non-Profit Consulting is growing up!  After 20 years in business, we are undertaking a vital review, revision, and revitalization of our brand, approach, and service. Our internal process reflects what we do with our clients.

Since last October, we’ve assessed our strengths and opportunities and how to best meet clients’ needs. We’ve conducted this analysis within the framework of what matters most to us: family and community.

2024 is all about unrolling change!

Our New Logo and Name

Our new logo reflects who we serve (non-profits), what we do (hosting conversations), and the energy we bring to our interactions. We've let go of our circular logo that has stood the test of time over 20 years.

Our new logo embraces the "HiP" (high-impact practical) theme and showcases our love of conversations. By adding the "Non-Profit" to HIP Strategic Consulting, we've clarified exactly who we want to work with - YOU! The same great base colours (lime and blue) carry our history forward, rejuvenated by the addition of gold, orchid, and burnt orange. We are excited about this update and refresh!

Alongside the new logo and name come two other changes:

  • A revised and focused Vision and Mission that reflects HiP’s goal to support and empower non-profits.

  • A revamped website to make finding us, accessing resources, and booking services more straightforward and efficient.  Coming in the Fall of 2026.

See the brand launch to see what is new and staying the same…

Making Services Affordable:

We know budgets are tight, and we are doing our part to keep costs reasonable:

  • We are introducing a quarterly offer to demonstrate our commitment to making it easier for non-profits to choose HiP Strategic Non-Profit Consulting.

  • We have restructured our pricing model to reflect a discount after 50 or 100 work hours with us within a calendar year. We value all clients and derive great satisfaction when partnering on extended client projects. Longer projects allow us to pass savings on to our clients.

We've learned as we’ve spoken to non-profit sector leaders about sector trends, realities, and anticipated changes. A big shout-out to those of you who took the time to share your perspectives with us! Your insights and expertise have helped us re-envision how we can better support the sector.

THANK YOU!

Please email us to let us know what you think about the changes. We welcome your feedback.
