My 2019 annual theme in review: scaling abundance

I’ve spent many hours in 2019 working to scale abundance (my 2019 theme). This meant finding ways to deepen relationships, celebrate my successes, repurpose my programs and services, reuse my content, and extend my reach to new markets—all to drive strategic business growth.

It’s been an amazing process of assessing the resources and programs I already had, determining which were suitable for repackaging, redefining target audiences, beginning to look beyond my local communities, and honing-in on my sales and marketing messages.

I’ve loved the process of repackaging my programs, blogs, and worksheets. I love seeing how they can be mixed and matched to meet the various needs of different groups in different situations. It has led to a strong collaborative alliance that I know is going to continue to expand, and that brings me great pleasure.

I’ve deepened my relationships with a core group of women entrepreneurs. We’ve joined together to create a unique and impactful mastermind group that serves all of our needs, enables each of us to support one another, and allows us to discover more opportunities to collaborate and connect further.

I’ve worked hard on making decisions strategically. I’ve wrestled with my inner gremlin and won consistently, meaning that I didn’t press pause or stop when something became uncomfortable. I’ve reached out to people that previously I would never have had the audacity to connect with. I’m living more boldly and authentically. I’m loving it!

I’m creating ripples and watching them grow as I spread ideas and provide my clients with the tools they need to be wildly successful on their own terms. And they are sharing those ideas with others – and in the process, making referrals which has led to business growth.

Overall, 2019 has been a year of planning, assessing, evaluating, and putting my own teachings into practice. And I’ve loved every minute of it. Abundance showed up in so many ways, such as my connections in the community, my collaborative partners, the ideas that flowed, and the programs I built upon individually and collaboratively.

As we head into 2020, I’m back at the drawing board thinking through what I want to achieve, setting and prioritizing goals, creating an action plan, and defining my annual theme. It is this work that sets my intentions, ensures that I know what to focus on, and keeps me on track throughout the year. I can’t wait to see what I learn this year!
